How to Order Hot Lunch Online

Follow these step-by-step directions to create your Hot Lunch Account.

All families need to be registered, even if you created an account last year.

Here's how to get started...

  1. Go to
  2. Click on "Click Here to Register"  (All families need to register, even if you created an account last year)
  3. Enter Access Code PPHL
  4. Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week)
  5. Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
  6. Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Prince of Peace School (Excluding Kindergarten)
  7. Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"
  8. Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)



  • PayPal (prefered), E-transfers or Cheque.
  • Cheque payments need to be brought directly to the Office by the order deadline.
  • Label your payment with your child(ren)'s name and class for accurate tracking of all payments.
  • Please remember to make all cheques out to “Prince of Peace SCHOOL COUNCIL”.
  • PayPal payments are all done online, a small fee will apply.  This fee is to cover what the school is charged to process the credit cards.
  • An email will be sent every week reminding you of your order.
